Josh Gallagher Announces Next EP

Followers of NBC‘s The Voice were introduced to honky tonk hell-raiser Josh Gallagher in 2016 during Season 11, where he made history as the first and only country artist coach Adam Levine ever led to the finale. Despite the show’s millions of viewers, the end of Gallagher‘s time on The Voice served as the true beginning of the rest of his career.

In the wake of celebrating 8 weeks at #1 on CMT’s 12 Pack Countdown with his fall single Boots Like MineJosh Gallagher proudly announces the March 27th release of his sophomore EP Turn Around Town.

His most authentic project to date, Turn Around Town is a collection of 5 songs that could only be written by someone who lived them firsthand. Perhaps the most powerful thing about Josh Gallagher as a country artist is his promise to be true to himself, and this material is his strongest self declaration to date. Gallagher‘s humble mentality turns fans into friends, whether you’ve met him face to face or not; Turn Around Town is as much about you as it is about him.
“I am so proud of this record,” Gallagher states, “I’m starting to reveal an entirely new chapter of my music. This is the first time I feel like I’ve really been able to be completely transparent with who I am, and I’m incredibly excited for my fans to see that. As an artist, you always want every project to be better than the last, and Turn Around Town is hands-down the best music I’ve ever put out. Every song sounds different, but they all belong together. Turn Around Town is 100% me, and I can’t wait to share that with all of you.
Turn Around Town is available for pre-order on Friday, March 13 and will impact all platforms on Friday, March 27 via ONErpm. Tune in to Billboard on Thursday, March 12 for the exclusive premiere of Long Week Long Neck—the EP‘s leading track.
